This is a broad role, requiring a senior HR leader with experience across the full HR spectrum — including labour law, union relations, leadership support, talent acquisition, organisational development, culture, and employer branding
You lead a team covering both HR and Communications, with responsibility for ensuring alignment, structure, and effective delivery across these areas.
Your responsibilities:
- Leading and developing the HR and Communications team
- Ensuring compliance with Swedish labour law, collective agreements, and work environment regulations
- Managing union relations and leading negotiations
- Driving and developing Talent Acquisition, employer branding, and workforce planning
- Supporting managers in leadership, performance, and employee development
- Overseeing internal and external communications
Why OHLA
You will take on a visible and influential position in a company with a clear growth agenda and strong international foundation. The role offers a genuine opportunity to shape both the HR function and the broader organisation in a business that is still evolving.
Operating close to the business, you will contribute to building structure, strengthening leadership, and supporting long-term capability in a project-driven environment.
Your profile
You are a senior HR professional with broad experience across all core HR processes and a proven ability to balance strategic direction with operational execution. You bring deep knowledge of Swedish labour law, are confident in leading union negotiations, and have extensive experience supporting managers in complex people matters.
You have worked with talent management, organisational development, and culture, and are comfortable operating in an international context with multiple stakeholders.
You are fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
As a leader, you are credible, structured, and collaborative. You build trust through clarity and consistency, and you are comfortable navigating complexity while maintaining momentum and direction.
